¾ cup carrots, diced: 25kcal
½ white onion, diced: 20kcal
⅛ cup of celery: 2kcal
½ vegetable bouillon cube: 15kcal
teaspoon chipotle powder: 0kcal
pepper to taste: 0kcal
optional:
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder: 1kcal
⅛ teaspoon cumin: 1kcal
½ teaspoon curry powder: 4kcal
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk: 10kcal
1. dice carrot, celery, and onion.
2. boil carrot, celery, and onion until soft.
3. drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of the water.
4. add vegetable bouillon, spices, and the 2 tablespoons of water (if you are using non dairy milk add it now). mix until well combined
5. blend until smooth

i get cravings for salt and vinegar or lime potato chips really often. instead of eating disgusting, fattening, fried chips i’ll cut a lime in quarters, dip one in salt, and lick the salt off. this really helps with my cravings and if you use ¼ of a lime it’s only 5 calories!
